I contacted Tatianna thru doing a google search and noticed she was at my building one day and left cards in our lobby. I was a little skeptical, as I always would do my own cleaning. But I figured, why not? Try it out, worse case if not good or I am not happy - I would not use them again. Boy!!! Was I wrong!! Tatianna was not only warm, welcolming, but very professional and attentive. The cleaning was immpecable! The level of quality and detail is amazing. Her accomodating schedule is hands down, the best! She will work with your time and be respective. Her team are great, professional and very punctual. Call them and try them out, the prices are very comparable to today's rates. Tatianna gets 10 stars from me out of 5!!!

So caring and with a personal touch! Professional attitude made me feel very comfortable. The cleaning was top notch, Titiana knows which are the best cleaning products for different surfaces … stone, marble , etc. So happy I found her !

Bloommaid Services is simply amazing! The owner, Tatiana, has a true heart of gold. She’s not only professional but also incredibly kind and caring. My apartment has been cleaned twice now, and you can immediately see and feel the difference each time. Living with breast cancer makes it hard for me to keep up with cleaning, and having someone come in to take care of even the little things means the world to me. Tatiana goes above and beyond—her work is outstanding, and her spirit is genuine. We’ve even shared wonderful personal conversations that made me feel truly cared for. If you’re looking for someone who does exceptional work and truly cares about the people she serves, I cannot recommend Bloommaid
Services enough.

Bloommaid (the cleaning company) came to do a deep clean for my apartment that due to my condition had been neglected for months and months– write your name in the dust like. This was a cleaning donated by Bloommaid, partnering with the Cleaning for a Reason organization, which connects cleaning companies with cancer patients like myself, and provides them with cleaning services. Speaking with the co-owner Tatiana on the phone, I learned it was going to be a 4 hour cleaning, and they would be at my apartment 2pm on the set date. They were at my door 2pm on the dot! They asked me where I would like them to start, and got to work. I stayed out of their way and continued working at my computer.

Four hours later they announced that they were done.

As I looked around, I felt joy as everything was shining, spotless and sparkling. No detail was overlooked.

The cleaning my apartment received was beyond my expectations. It looked better than the day I rented it. This cleaning was exceptional, all accomplished with the highest level of professionalism and skill. This was such a godsend.

And– they are returning in a month!

I had a great experience with Bloommaid cleaning company! They did an excellent job with my home — everything was spotless, fresh, and perfectly organized. The team was professional, efficient, and very friendly. I also loved how easy it was to book — their website is clear and user-friendly, which made the whole process super smooth.
