Bloommaid is a family-owned cleaning company based in Weehawken, New Jersey, proudly serving all of Hudson County and most of Bergen County. At Bloommaid, we are committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

If you're looking to book a house cleaning service, you can choose between our regular or deep cleaning options. If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while, we recommend starting with an hourly deep clean before transitioning to regular recurring cleaning appointments. We also offer Move-In/Move-Out, Post-Construction, and other specialized cleaning services to meet your needs. For more details, please refer to our list of Services.

Our regular cleaning service is priced at a flat rate and includes a set of essential tasks completed by our team. Deep cleaning, on the other hand, is charged by the hour and is performed with meticulous attention to detail, including hard scrubbing. We can also customize a deep cleaning checklist to suit your specific needs. Additional services can be added to both regular and deep cleaning packages.

Feel free to check with our team to help you find the first available and convenient time slot.

Because every home is unique and requires different cleaning efforts and length of time, we cannot guarantee an exact time of arrival. We suggest that you book an 8 AM cleaning session to secure an exact slot without the two (2) hours arrival window. For us to accurately estimate the time needed to complete each job, it’s important for customers to be fully transparent about the size of their home, its current level of cleanliness, and their expectations

Our job is to help transform your space, so sit back and relax while we handle the work! To make our job easier so we can concentrate on the cleaning, we ask that you pick up any excessive items from the floor and minimize clutter. Please ensure that valuables are not near trash piles, on the floor, under sofas or beds, or hidden in thick rugs. We also kindly request that you:

1) adjust your A/C to a comfortable temperature,
2) ensure there is running water, and
3) make sure the electricity is on.

We love all pets! Please use your best judgement whether your pet needs to be safely secured or not. We do love their company and will use caution during the cleaning session.

Here are a few options:

  • You can stay at home while we clean.
  • You can grant us access before heading out and we will shut the door when finished.
  • We can pick up key from reception/front desk.
  • You can leave your key in a lockbox.
  • Provide us with a keypad entry code.
  • You can leave a key with a neighbor or friend.
  • You can provide Bloommaid with a spare key to keep in our safety box.

Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for estimate cleaning times. The time depends on the condition of your home, type of cleaning and any extras added to the package.

We accept Zelle and Cash payments at the moment. If you’re not on site by the time we complete the cleaning, we ask that you kindly pre-pay ahead for the service. Our team is currently working to connect a credit card payment system to our website. We will keep you updated.

We kindly ask that you cancel all bookings at least 24 hours in advance. Once we update our system in 2025, cancellation fee policy will go into effect for all late cancellations. Feel free to email, text or message us through our website at any time of the day.

At Bloommaid, we are dedicated to taking great care of our team members. While tipping is optional, it is always greatly appreciated. Even a small gratuity can make a big difference, helping your professional feel valued and recognized for going above and beyond.

We are a growing company and do our best to improve and facilitate processes. While we all prefer to assign the same team members to the same locations, we cannot always guarantee it. All of our professionals are well trained to leave your place spotless.

At Bloommaid, our passion is to run an honest and trustworthy business that not only succeeds but also makes a positive impact on people's lives. All of our team members are fully insured, bonded, and background-checked for your peace of mind. As a registered company, we are committed to providing ongoing training to ensure the highest standards of service.

Yes, our team brings all the necessary supplies and equipment, except for trash bags, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Unless specifically requested in advance, we do not use clients' cleaning products or equipment.

We are committed to your 100% satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with the results or notice any missed spots, we will return and re-clean the affected area at no additional cost within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning.

Bloommaid is happy to load dirty dishes into an empty dishwasher and can hand wash a few items in the sink. However, we do not put away clean dishes. To make the most of our time and focus on cleaning the more important areas, we recommend using your best judgment and letting us know what works best for you.

Please reach out to Bloommaid support team within 48 hours of the cleaning service in order for us to investigate. We will do our best to make it right!

If your preferred day of the week falls on a holiday at some point, Bloommaid team will reach out to help you reschedule.

We are closed on Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day.

Move-in/out cleaning is designed to transform a space into its original state. This package is the most detail oriented and focused. Just like deep cleaning, a move-in/out list can be tailored to your specific needs. Tasks can be added or removed from the checklist to allocate the time properly.
