The Idea
Bloommaid is a family-owned business that started as a passion for helping others & promoting growth. The idea was to establish a good company that would help and benefit not only the owners but mainly its employees, customers and the community.
After working for various corporations and firms, one becomes astounded about how many employees are unhappy, unmotivated and unappreciated on the job. Many owners and managers are too busy concentrating on the profit. While hurdling all the challenges of running a successful company, they tend to forget about the vital part of caring for their team and customers.

Our goal is not to maximize profit but to create sufficiency that will allow us to re-invest into our team, processes, products and the overall success as a member of our community. A happy team and optimized operations will always result in the best customer service.
