o Dust all surfaces

o Spray & wipe all surfaces & scrub any dirt/buildup

o Vacuum and mop all floors

o Couch & chairs vacuumed & wiped if needed

o Clean & disinfect all sinks (kitchen, bathrooms)

o Clean and disinfect all toilets (including base and behind)

o Scrub & disinfect all showers and tubs (including surrounding tile and drain)

o Soap dish & toothbrush holder cleaned

o Vanity top cleared & cleaned. Items placed back neatly

o Clean & polish all holders and shelves (towels, paper towels, shampoo & other items)

o Molding, baseboards and corners dusted

o Door Molding dusted

o Clean microwave

o Clean stovetop

o Wash a small load of dishes or load into the dishwasher. (we do not put away clean dishes or clean a full sink of dishes by hand)

o Clean backsplash

o All uncluttered counters, desks, shelves, tables & stands cleared & wiped. Items are placed back neatly

o Change sheets or tidy beds (by request)

o Walk-in closet floors vacuumed if clear

o Polish all fixtures, appliances, cabinets & cupboards

o Polish all mirrors and stainless steel

o Sanitize all door knobs and light switches

o Empty the trash wipe its exterior

o Please notify of any extra rooms, tasks or requests ahaed of the service

· No Extras are included during regular cleaning.

Any additional services can be added for extra charge or requested during hourly deep clean or move-in/out clean.
